The group consists of Dave LaPorte on acoustic bass, Mike Stewart on drums and Scott Gilliam on guitar. Their repertoire consists of popular jazz standards played in varying forms.
Bebop, blues, hard bop, Latin, bossa, modal, and ballads are a prerequisite for any jazz unit. The key to unlocking those styles and grooves is to let the music take you on a journey. Night after night the songs take on different lives and a dialogue is created within the band.
